Training in Knockout
From choosing today’s session to seeing your progress, each part of Knockout keeps your training moving in one clear direction.
Stop assembling workouts from different videos and timers. Knockout gives you a focused session for today and builds each lesson on what you learned before.
Open the app to see the day’s focus, session duration, drills, and your place in the plan.

Short technique videos demonstrate the movement clearly, so you can focus on one detail at a time—from stance and footwork to punches, defence, combinations, and conditioning.
The movement, current round, remaining time, and what comes next stay visible while you train.
The built-in boxing timer manages preparation, work, rest, and transitions with audio cues, so you can stay focused without constantly looking at your screen. In a custom timer, optional random signals make those cues unpredictable—useful for training reaction, timing, and focus.

Every completed session moves your training forward. Track your plan, build consistency, and see how your boxing skills develop over time.
Completed days, streaks, Attack, Speed, and Defence XP, and fighter progression make the work you have already done easy to see.

Explore individual trainings and short reads outside your main plan. Revisit a movement, focus on a boxing concept, or choose an extra session when you want to go further.
Explore currently brings together eight reads and around 30 individual trainings.

Why Knockout
Videos can show you a movement. A timer can run the round. Knockout connects both to a daily plan that keeps your training moving forward.

Behind Knockout
Knockout started during a group boxing session.
Our coach would clap, and everyone had to react with a specific combination. It was simple, unpredictable, and surprisingly effective. I wanted a way to practise the same kind of reaction training on my own, so I built an app that could call out cues during rounds.
At first, Knockout was just a boxing timer with random signals. But while using it, I realized that timing was only one part of the problem. Independent training also needs clear technique, structured sessions, and a sense of what to practise next.
So Knockout grew into something bigger: a boxing training app that combines guided rounds, technique demonstrations, structured plans, and progress in one place.
The goal is still the same—to make solo boxing training feel focused, purposeful, and easier to stay consistent with.
